摘    要:针对伊斯曼有机废水治理实例,给出了模拟计算与实验分析相结合进行过程设计的具体思路。该思路用Aspen Plus模拟计算结果来指导实验(萃取剂的选择、工艺方案的选择),并通过必要的手段处理实验结果来补充模拟数据的不足,最终将二者结合实现设计方案。结果表明,经过所给工艺过程的处理,废水COD值可以得到大幅下降。

Abstract:A Chemical process design consists of theory calculation and experiment inves- tigation.The former is usually used computer simulation which simplifies various com- plex factor encountered in practice.The latter depends on the reliability of experiment data and costs large quantities of manpower and money.Using Eastman waste water treatment case,this paper presents the detailed scheme to combine simulations with ex- periments for process design.It employs simulation data through Aspen Plus to instruct the lab work(including the selection of extractor and process flow),and then deals with the experiment data to achieve design project.The COD value of waste water was de- creased significantly based on the above approach.
