| 摘 要： | 目的了解静海县医院2006～2008年临床分离菌的分布及其耐药特征。方法对从2006～2008年临床送检的标本中分离的菌株进行细菌鉴定和药物敏感试验。结果2006年分离菌株659株,其中G-杆菌623株(94.5%),G+球菌36株(5.5%);2007年分离菌株1521株,其中G-杆菌1381株(90.7%),G+球菌140株(9.3%);2008年分离菌株1865株,其中G-杆菌1746株(93.7%),G+球菌119株(6.3%)。分离率居前5位的G-细菌依次为大肠埃希菌、肺炎克雷伯菌、铜绿假单胞菌、鲍曼不动杆菌和弗氏柠檬酸杆菌。对G-杆菌耐药率最低的是美洛配能,耐药率最高的是氨苄西林。对G+球菌耐药率最低的是万古霉素,最高的是氨苄西林。结论我院致病菌以G-杆菌为主,其对抗菌药物存在一定程度的耐药性,应该加强监测,指导临床合理使用抗菌药物。
