连云港突发刑事安全事件GIS响应研究

突发刑事安全事件是危害区域人民生命安全、造成群众恐慌、导致社会财产流失的重要危害性事件。本研究结合GIS空间分析技术,通过对连云港市区道路分布数据、警务部门及刑事案件易发地点等数据的分析,利用缓冲区分析和叠置分析优选了警局的最佳分布区域,并对目前警局分布现状进行评价,再通过GIS网络分析对突发刑事安全事件发生后的紧急出警做出实时响应。旨在为连云港警力资源科学分布及接警后警务部门如何做出最快速的响应提供分析和决策依据,也为我国突发刑事案件解决提供科学参考。

Research on the Response from GIS in the Emergent Public Safe Incident of Lianyungang City

The emergent public safe incident will endanger the human security of life and social property and causing panic among the population.This paper analyzed the road distribution and the police department and the location for many of the emergent public safe incidents using the spatial analysis of GIS.The buffer analysis and the overlay analysis were introduced to optimize the location of po-lice department and estimate the distribution status of the police department in Lianyungang city.And the network analysis of GIS was import to make the real response after the happen of the emergent public safe incidents in Lianyungang city.This paper will provide the decision reference for the layout of police department and the deployment of policeman after the happen of the emergent public safe incidents in Lianyungang city.And this study can provide better reference for resolving the problem of the emergent public safe inci-dents in other city.
