基于PC104的微小位移检测

摘    要:文中提出了一种新的针对机械产品常见的微小长度量测试的通用数据采集设计方案,该方案可用于粗糙度、圆度等的检测。系统电路采用调频传感器、集成运放放大电路、集成相敏检波、高速A/D模数转换,采用通用的PC104嵌入式机进行数据采集和处理。整个系统具有体积小、检测精度高、通用性强的特点,并成功地应用在圆度仪上。

Abstract:A general purpose data acquisition scheme for measuring micro-displacement which is common in mechanical products was developed.It can be used in roughness error measurement,roundness error measurement and so on.The system includes FM sensor,integrate Op-amplifier,phase demodulation,and high speed A/D.A PC104 is used for the data acquisition and processing purpose.The system features a smaller volume,higher precision and wider application. It has been applied in roundness error measurement successfully.
