| Abstract: | Because of its low price and excellent performance, dry silane is increasingly used by customers. This paper presents the composition of dry silane, the base resin with which it is formulated and key points of the extrusion process. This paper also presents the characteristics of dry silane and its extrudate, which are then compared with the standard values of XLPE cables (IEC 60502). |
