| 摘 要： | 应用博弈论来研究考试舞弊的现象，建立了考试过程中的不完全信息动态博弈模型，通过对该模型进行分析，发现考风建设的重点在于监考教师的委派，而难点在于保持监考教师认真监考的积极性，并对此提出相应的建议．

| Abstract: | Game theory is used to research cheating in examination. An incomplete information dynamic game model of examination is then established. It is found out that the most important factor of examination management is how to accredit an invigilator, and the difficulty is how to ensure the responsibility of the invigilator in a long term. Some useful suggestions are given accordingly. |
