| 摘 要： | 目的分析2005—2010年通州区家具行业职业病危害因素,提出家具行业职业病危害因素的预防和控制措施。方法收集和整理2005—2010年通州区59家家具制造企业职业病危害因素检测数据,利用Excel建立数据库,用SPSS软件作相关统计分析。结果在1 067个检测点中,噪声超标率达55.2%,木粉尘超标率为28.0%,苯超标率为6.1%。59家家具企业中仅10家企业委托检测的项目全部合格。2005年所有检测项目的超标情况严重,超标率高达46.3%;2007—2009年超标率逐年上升,2010年超标情况有所改善。个体防护佩戴齐全正确且有效的企业占全部受检企业的71.2%。结论通州区家具行业职业病危害因素的预防迫在眉睫。只有通过多部门的合作,才能够起到有效的联动作用,控制职业病的发生。
