南通市某钢铁厂高温、噪声的联合作用对工人心血管系统的影响

摘    要:目的探讨南通市某钢铁厂高温、噪声的联合作用对工人心血管系统的影响。方法选择2010年某钢铁企业员工接触噪声+高温作业90人,高温作业80人,噪声作业82人,不接触职业危害因素的行政和后勤83名员工作为对照组,进行职业性健康监护检查。结果高血压患病率噪声+高温组为31.11%,噪声组为10.98%,高温组为12.5%,对照组为4.82%;心电图异常检出率噪声+高温组为16.67%,高温组为16.25%,噪声组为8.54%,对照组为1.20%。接触高温+噪声组、噪声组和高温组高血压患病率显著高于对照组(P<0.01),高温+噪声组明显高于噪声组和高温组为(P<0.01)。噪声+高温组、高温组和噪声组异常心电图检出率与对照组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01),高温+噪声组分别与噪声组、高温组心电图异常改变的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论长期在噪声、高温环境下作业会对人体的心血管系统产生一定的影响,尤其两者联合时加大对作业人员血压的影响,噪声单独作业对心电图影响不明显。
