幽门螺杆菌感染对十二指肠球部溃疡患者血清IL-6、IL-8及NO的影响

摘    要:目的:探讨幽门螺杆菌(Hp)感染对十二指肠球部溃疡患者血清白细胞介素6、8(IL-6、IL-8)及一氧化氮(NO)的影响。方法:分别采用双抗体夹心ELISA法和硝酸还原酶法检测40例Hp感染的十二指肠球部溃疡患者(根除Hp组和未根除Hp组)治疗前、后和10例正常对照组血清中IL-6、IL-8及NO水平的变化,并进行比较。结果:治疗2周后根除Hp组血清IL-6、IL-8及NO水平高于正常对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05),未根除Hp组血清IL-6、IL-8及NO水平明显高于正常对照组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01);根除Hp组治疗后IL-6、IL-8及NO水平较治疗前均有显著下降(P〈0.01),而未根除Hp组治疗后IL-6、IL-8及NO水平较治疗前也均有下降,但差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05);与未根除Hp组比较,根除Hp组治疗后IL6、IL-8及NO均有显著下降(P〈0.01)。结论:Hp感染的十二指肠球部溃疡存在不同程度炎症,而且Hp对炎症起促进作用,根除Hp对其炎症反应起到明显抑制作用。

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the influence of Helicobacter pylori (HP) infection on serum IL-6,IL-8 and NO in duodenal ulcer patients. Methods:Forty patients with duodenal ulcer with HP infection were divided randomly into two groups (group A and B),HP in patients of group A and B was eradicated and was not eradicated after treatment respectively,10 health subjects without HP infection and DU were enrolled as group C (control group); double-antibody sandwich ELISA and nitrate reductase assay were employed to determine levels of serum IL-6,IL-8 and NO in patients of group A and B before and after treatment,and those in patients of group C,and comparison was done among them. Results:After treatment of 2 weeks,levels of IL-6,IL-8 and NO in group A were higher than those in group C,but the difference was not significant (P>0.05); levels of IL-6,IL-8 and NO in group B were markedly higher than those in group C,and the difference was significant (P<0.01); levels of IL-6,IL-8 and NO in group A decreased compared those with before treatment,and the difference was significant (P<0.01); levels of IL-6,IL-8 and NO in group B decreased compared those with before treatment,and the difference was not significant (P>0.05); compared levels of IL-6,IL-8 and NO after treatment between group A and B,which decreased significantly in group A (P<0.01). Conclusion:Patients with DU and HP have inflammation by variou degrees,and HP may deteriorate inflammation,and eradication of HP can inhibit the inflammatory reactions apparently.
