| Abstract: | From the natural conception of unification of man an d nature, regional property and other aspects of settlement the natural spirit of humanities embodied in rural settlement culture is elaborated; at the same time the modern settlement environment is still analyzed. Author points out that the rural settlement culture will return to modern settlement environment. |
