| 摘 要： | 副溶血弧菌是一种致病性弧菌,毒力因子主要有不耐热溶血毒素、耐热直接溶血毒素和相对耐热直接溶血毒素三种。本实验根据FDA标准推荐的引物对其进行了检验,发现副溶血弧菌环境分离株中没有耐热直接溶血毒素和相对耐热直接溶血毒素基因,仅有不耐热溶血毒素基因。

| Abstract: | Vibrio parahaernolyticus is one of the nosogenetic Vibrios and thermolabile hemolysin, thermostable direct hemolysin and thermostable related hemolysin are the main virulence factors in the Vibrio parahaemolyticus strains. In this study, the primers recommended by the FDA 2004 Bacteriological Analytical Manual were used to detect the Vibrio parahaemolyticus strains. The consequence is that there were no thermostable direct hemolysin gene and thermostable related hemolysin gene in the Vibrio parahaemolyticus environmental strains, and all of the Vibrio parahaemolyticus strains have the thermolabile hemolysin gene. |
