识别心房颤动时洋地黄中毒的某些异议

根据临床过程和37例次血清地高辛浓度检测结果提出:1.交界性逸搏并非中毒性心律失常。2.连续2—3个相等R-R不能作为非阵发性交界性心动过速或逸搏心律,因此也不能作为中毒性心律失常。3.R-R>1.5s应区别对待。4.提出某些关于中毒标准的建议。

SOME DIFFERENT VIEWS ON RECOGNITION OF DIGITALIS INTOXICATION IN THE PRESENCE OF ATRIAL FIBRILLATION

According to the clinical course and serum digoxin concentration of 37 cases some different views on recognition of digitalis intoxication were proposed:1, The AV junction escape is not an indication of intoxication arrhythmia; 2, Constant occurrence of 2 or 3 equipollences of R-R can't be regarded cs nonparoxysmal tachycardia or escape rhythm and therefore it is not the indiaation of intoxication arrhythmias too; 3, The R-R>1.5s must be differently reviewed. Some reommendations of diagnostic standard of digitalis intoxication were made.
