乐昌峡水电厂筒阀故障原因分析

乐昌峡水力水电厂在机组运行过程中发现,3#机组筒阀2#压力油泵已启动多时却不能加载打油,声响异常且伴随严重的震动。针对这一情况,分别从筒阀油压装置控制系统的电气、自动化和机械等方面着手分析原因,经过现场反复调试验证,发现是安全阀压力弹簧长时间受压,弹性形变发生变化以致动作失误。以防在以后的运行中出现类似问题,需要进一步完善有针对性和预防性的定期工作。

Failure Analysis and Treatment of Lechangxia Hydropower Plant Cylinder Valve

During the operation of Lechangxia hydropower unit, it is found that the 2# cylinder valve pressure pump of 3# unit starts for a long time but can not be loaded once, at the same time there was abnormal sound and severe vibration. In view of this situation, the reasons have been analyzed from the cylinder valve hydraulic control device for electrical, automation and mechanical system, after repeatedly debugging and verification, the cause of the incident have been found. This is because the safety valve pressure spring has been pressed for a long time; elastic contact deformation has been produced, so that mistakes occur. To avoid similar problems in the future operation, our regular and preventive work are needed further improvement.
