| 摘 要： | 飞来峡电厂渗漏排水泵投运以来,多次出现排水泵故障误报警和远程不能及时启动等现象,其控制回路和PLC内部程序都存在严重缺陷。通过分析渗漏排水泵控制系统的存在问题,并根据现场水泵控制功能的要求优化控制方式,对其进行技术改造,改造后水泵运行情况良好,达到了电厂安全运行的要求。

| Abstract: | Since the operation of Feilaixia power plant leakage drainage pump, false alarm occurred many times and remote can not start it in the drainage pump, and the control circuit and the PLC program are seriously flawed. Through the analysis of the existing problems of drainage pump control system, and optimization for the control mode has to be done according to the pump control function request, and technological transformation is carried out. After the reform the pump operation is good, and achieved the requirements of safe operation of power plant. |
