| Abstract: | In order to fit the new circumstance, seven kinds of relations based on the actual situation of the military hospitals in Altiplano are stated in the article. They are succession and innovation, free charge service to the soldiers and recompense services to people, basic construction and human resource management, routine medical safeguard and research of science and technology, exertion of one s characteristics and learning from others , the construction of hardware and software, research of science and technology and transformation for practical use. |
