混油蒸馏控制系统设计与研究

摘    要:针对西南石油大学过程装备与控制实验室的混油蒸馏系统,详细研究系统的工艺流程和控制系统网络结构后,综合分散型控制系统与现场总线优点,设计了一套DCS与Profibus-PA现场总线相结合的控制系统.在使用这套控制系统后,系统的稳定性和可维护性有了显著提高,有效降低了整个系统的日常维护费用,控制设备购置费用降低70%左右.

Abstract:Aim at the mixed-oil distillation system in the Chemical Machinery Laboratory,Southwest Petroleum University,combining the advantage of the DCS and FCS,the control system which associate DCS and Profibus-PA has been designed after researching the flow chart of system and the net framework of control system.After the control system is applied,the stability and maintainability of the system is markedly improved.Maintenance costs of system are reduced effectively.The expenditure of control equipments is reduce...
