摘    要:受气象条件因素变化的影响,在实际运行过程中,为达到节能和优化系统控制的目的,空调系统的负荷大多小于其设计负荷。首先建立各中央空调系统部件的仿真模型,然后建立相应的PID控制模型,在此空调系统仿真的基础上提出了基于PID控制的二次泵定压差控制的优化控制策略。并通过计算机模拟实验对二次泵的能耗进行模拟。实验结果表明,采用末端定压差控制的变流量空调系统中,采用PID控制器实时调节二次泵的转速,能够节约很大一部分二次泵的输送能耗。同时也为现有中央空调的节能改造提供了路径。

Abstract:As the varying outdoor conditions, the actual load of the HVAC system is often less than its designed one in most of operation periods. For the aim of saving energy and optimizing controls, we first established the simulation model of the Central air conditioning system components and then established the appropriate PID control simulation model, based on simulation of HVAC systems, one strategies is presented for chilling water system in this paper, which is based on PID control and designed for the optimal control of constant pressure head drop of the secondary pump. And then, through computer simulation experiments simulate the energy consumption of the secondary pump, the results show that with the control method of constant pressure head drop of the HVAC end user is brought in Variable Water Volume (VWV) system. A large number of secondary pump transport energies can be saved by adjusting the speed of the secondary pump through PID controller. At the same time this essay also provided a path for energy saving for the existing HVAC system.
