胸腹水与血清葡萄糖比值的检测及意义

摘    要:目的探讨患者胸腹水和血清中葡萄糖浓度联合测定对良、恶性胸腹水及对渗出液、漏出液鉴别的意义。方法将127例胸腹水患者按良、恶性分为两组,良性胸腹水组65例,恶性胸腹水组62例;根据胸腹水形成原因又将127例胸腹水分为渗出液和漏出液两组,渗出液82例,漏出液45例,分别对两组胸腹水和相对应血清中葡萄糖联合测定,并对检测结果进行比较分析。结果良性胸腹水组和恶性胸腹水组中的葡萄糖浓度比较无统计学差异(P﹥0.05);良性胸腹水组和恶性胸腹水组中胸腹水与血清葡萄糖比值比较有统计学差异(P〈0.05);渗出液组和漏出液组的葡萄糖浓度比较有统计学差异(P〈0.05);渗出液组和漏出液组中胸腹水和血清葡萄糖比值比较有统计学差异(P〈0.05)。结论胸腹水中葡萄糖浓度及胸腹水与血清葡萄糖浓度比值联合测定对鉴定胸腹水的性质以及对渗出液和漏出液的鉴别具有一定的价值。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the clinical value of combined detection of the glucose(GLU) in the blood serum and pleuroperitoneal fluids in the diagnosis of malignant and benign pleuroperitoneal fluids and transudate. Methods 127 patients with pleuroperitoneal fluids were divided into two groups according to malignant and benign,65 cases in benign pleuroperitoneal fluids group and 62 cases in malignant pleuroperitoneal fluids group.According to the reasons of formation of pleuroperitoneal fluids,the 127 patients were divided into exudate and transudate groups,82 cases of exudate and 45 cases of transudate.Then,tested the content of GLU in the blood serum and pleuroperitoneal fluids,compared and analyzed the detective results. Results There was no statistic difference in GLU concentration in the malignant and benign pleuroperitoneal fluids groups(P0.05).But there is statistic difference in ratio of pleuroperitoneal fluids to serum GLU in the two groups(P0.05).There was statistic difference in GLU concentration in the exudate and transudate groups(P0.05).There was statistic difference in ratio of pleuroperitoneal fluids to serum GLU in the exudate and transudate groups(P0.05). Conclusion The combined detection of GLU concentration in pleuroperitoneal fluids and the ratio of pleuroperitoneal fluids to serum GLU have special clinic value in the diagnosis of the nature of pleuroperitoneal fluids and the exudate and transudate.
