水电机组状态监测分析中的软件滤波方法

摘    要:针对水电厂状态检修振动监测分析出现的峰峰值监测干扰、频谱多分辨率分析问题和水轮机效率监测中蜗壳压力波动问题,分别提出了2种基于有限脉冲响应滤波的处理方法和1种基于一阶递滤波的处理方法,并给出了它们的实现及实测结果。实践证明,这些滤波方法能满足实际要求。

Abstract:In order to resolve the disturbance of peak peak value observation and the multi resolution analysis of spectrum in the observation and analysis of vibration during status maintenance of hydro power stations, this paper proposes two methods based on finite impulse response filtering. One method, which is based on one order recurrence filtering, is proposed to resolve pressure fluctuation of the scroll case in the observation of efficiency of hydro turbines. Practice indicates that these methods can meet practical requirements.
