| 摘 要： | 目的检测URSA患者经主动免疫治疗前后外周血中sHLA—G的水平表达,为主动免疫治疗对URSA患者疗效评价提供一定的理论及方法学依据。方法将研究对象分为四组,URSA组、URSA主动免疫治疗组、正常早孕组及正常未孕组。用ELISA法定量检测样本中sHLA—G的表达情况,RT—PCR半定量检测外周血中sHLA—G的表达情况。结果（1）正常早孕组血清中sHLA—G的表达水平显著高于原因不明性流产组以及正常未孕组（P〈0．05）;URSA患者主动免疫治疗组sHLA—G的表达水平高于原因不明性流产组以及正常未孕组（P〈0．05）,与正常早孕组相比无统计学意义（P〉0．05）;（2）RT—PCR半定量检测显示URSA组及正常未孕组sHLA—G表达均低于正常早孕组及治疗组（P〈0．05）。结论淋巴细胞主动免疫治疗可以提高外周血中sHLA—G的表达,主动免疫治疗能够有效治疗URSA妊娠后的流产患者。
