变压器自动测试系统的误差分析与处理

摘    要:介绍了变压器自动测试系统的主要功能和硬件结构,分析了系统误差产生的各种原因(如电压与电流互感器的角误差,电压、电流、温度传感器引起的误差,数据输入系统引起的误差,非同步采样误差等),并提出了减小误差的措施.试验证明,该系统电压、电流测试值分别与0.2级电压、电流表的测试结果一致,功率测试值与0.5级功率表的测试结果一致

Abstract:The main function and hardware structure of transformer automatic test system are introduced and all kinds of reasons of producing of system error are analysed.For example,voltage and current angular error of mutual inductance ,error caused by voltage and current sensors and error caused by data input system etc. And methods of reducing error are given.The results show that there is no difference between the test values of the new system and the 0.2 grade voltage current system.The test value of power have no difference with the measured value of 0.5 grade power meter.
