摘    要:水力喷射分段压裂技术是针对低渗透致密油气藏开发的水平井特别是裸眼水平井最有效的储层改造技术之一。现有的水力喷射压裂技术存在需带压装置、需动管柱、工期长、需取工具、压井伤害、连续油管排量低等缺点,不适合川西地区低渗致密的地层特征。通过对现有的水力喷射压裂技术进行改进,形成了水平井不动管柱滑套水力喷射分段压裂技术。该工艺结合了水力喷射压裂技术和滑套多层压裂的优点,不动管柱连续分段改造、不带封隔器、管柱容易起出,克服了常规水力喷射压裂技术的众多缺点,并进行了现场实践,获得了显著的增产效果。

Abstract:Hydrojet staged fracturing technology is one of the most effective reservoir transformation technologies for the horizontal wells (especially open hole horizontal wells) in low-permeability and tight reservoirs. Existing hydrojet fracturing technology needs taking along pressure device, moving string and fetching tools, and has long operation period, well killing damage, limited pumping rate of coiled tubing and other disadvantages. As a result, existing hydrojet fracturing technology is not suitable for low-permeabili- ty and tight reservoir in west Sichuan. Through improving the existing hydrojet fracturing technology, hydrojet staged fracturing technology by sliding sleeves of original production string of horizontal wells was developed. The technology combined the advantag- es of both hydrojet fracturing and slide sleeves muhilayer fracturing, including continuous staged reservoir transformation by origi- nal production string, no packer and easy running of strings, which helped overcome many shortcomings of conventional hydrojet fracturing technology. The application of the new technology has obtained notable stimulation effects in fields.
