湿法磷酸化学法脱氟的脱氟剂研究

摘    要:根据清洁生产和可持续发展的要求,在湿法磷酸脱氟过程中,应尽力提高氟的回收率,以提高资源利用率,因此,在化学法脱氟的过程中,宜采用碱金属盐作脱氟剂。实验结果表明,钾盐的脱氟效果优于钠盐;在内盐脱氟剂中,氯化钠的脱氟效果较好,且各种钠盐在湿法磷酸脱氟过程中的作用不同,对磷氟比的影响也不同。

Abstract:For satisfying clean production and sustained development, everything possible must be done to increase rate of recovery of fluorine in purification of wet process phosphoric acid and raise utilization ratio of resources. Therefore, alkali metal salt was suitably used as fluorine remover in removing fluorine from wet process phosphoric acid by chemical method. Results of experiments show: potassium salt excels sodium salt in defluorination; of sodium salts, chloride sodium has a better effect in defluorination; different sodium salts act in different ways, and their effect on phosphorus fluorine ratio is not the same.
