| 摘 要： | 鉴于战略性新兴产业的特点及过去风险投资存在的问题,分析战略性新兴产业发展中政府引导风险投资的必要性,在此基础上提出了政府在扶持方式、财政税收政策、绩效评价机制及监督管理等方面给予扶持的思路,使风险投资的发展能够助推战略性新兴产业的腾飞.
