中国八省学前儿童的膳食摄入和生长发育状况

目的：了解我国八省在改革开放时期学龄前儿童的营养状况以及变化趋势。方法：以１９８９～１９９８年间开展的中美长期合作课题“中国健康与营养调查”的资料为依据，分别对１９８９年和１９９１年调查的１４３９名和１２６５名学前儿童进行分析。结果：八省学前儿童的膳食摄入和生长发育状况城市和县城明显优于郊区和农村。１９９１年儿童的营养素摄入和生长发育状况比１９８９年得到明显改善。而儿童营养状况性别间差异不明显。不同年龄的学前儿童营养素摄入和生长发育状况有明显差异，其中１岁以下的儿童生长发育状况较好，１岁以上儿童的营养素摄入和生长发育状况较差。结论：我国八省学前儿童的膳食和生长发育状况仍有待进一步改善，特别在农村地区，应受到政府部门和营养工作者的重视

THE DIETARY AND GROWTH STATUS OF PRESCHOOL CHILDREN IN 8 PROVINCES OF CHINA

Objective:In order to investigate the dietary and growth status of preschool children in 8 provinces in 1989 and 1991. Method:This analysis was based on the data from CHINA HEALTH AND NUTRITION SURVEY in collaboration with University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill undertaken in 8 provinces of China from 1989 to 1998.Totally,1439 and 1265 children under age 6 were selected.Results:It was found that the nutrients intake and growth status of children in cities and towns were significantly better than in suburban and rural areas.The physical status and nutrients intakes of children were improved quickly from 1989 to 1991.The results also showed that the nutrients intake and childrens growth had no gender disparity.But the age disparity was significant.The children under age 1 were better nourished than the other age groups.Conclusion: The results fully illustrate that the dietary and nutrition status of preschool children should be further improved,especially in rural areas.
