抗苗勒管激素联合性激素检测在预测卵巢早衰中的临床应用效果分析

目的分析抗苗勒管激素(AMH)联合性激素检测在预测卵巢早衰中的临床应用效果。方法选取本院2019年1-12月接收的卵巢早衰与围卵巢早衰患者各45例,作为A组与B组,另选取同期月经周期正常的健康妇女45例作为C组,三组妇女均需进行AMH联合性激素检测,回顾分析检测结果。结果A组、B组妇女AMH、E2明显低于C组,LH、FSH明显高于C组,而A组妇女AMH、E2明显低于B组,LH、FSH明显高于B组,且C组年龄≥32岁妇女AMH、E2明显低于年龄<32岁妇女,LH、FSH明显高于年龄<32岁妇女(P<0.05)。结论抗苗勒管激素联合性激素检测在预测卵巢早衰中有良好的临床应用效果,通过AMH与性激素水平变化,可帮助判断妇女卵巢早衰程度,且随着年龄增大,妇女AMH、E2水平会降低,LH、FSH水平会增高。

Analysis of the clinical application of anti Mullerian hormone combined with sex hormone in the prediction of premature ovarian failure

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of anti Mullerian hormone(AMH)combined with sex hormone in the prediction of premature ovarian failure.Methods 45 cases of premature ovarian failure and 45 cases of premature ovarian failure received in our hospital from January to December 2019 were selected as group A and group B,and 45 healthy women with normal menstrual cycle in the same period were selected as group C.all three groups of women were required to carry out AMH combined sex hormone test,and the results were analyzed retrospectively.Results AMH and E2 in group A and B were significantly lower than those in group C,LH and FSH were significantly higher than those in group C,while AMH and E2 in group A were significantly lower than those in group B,LH and FSH were significantly higher than those in group B,and AMH and E2 in group C were significantly lower than those in group C(P<0.05).Conclusion Anti Mullerian hormone combined with sex hormone detection has a good clinical application effect in the prediction of premature ovarian failure.Through the changes of AMH and sex hormone levels,it can help to judge the degree of premature ovarian failure in women.With the increase of age,the levels of AMH,E2,LH and FSH will decrease,and the levels of LH and FSH will increase.
