迷宫螺旋泵性能的试验研究

摘    要:对不同参数的三角形螺纹迷宫螺旋泵进行了流量、扬程、功率的性能试验,对比研究了三角形螺纹导程、牙型角、转子定子配合间隙对迷宫泵性能的影响.结合泵送原理和相似原理,推导出了配合间隙变化时,泵送流量、扬程、效率的相似换算关系,换算结果与试验结果吻合.试验同时表明:螺纹导程降低,泵关死扬程升高,流量降低,性能曲线变陡;配合间隙减小,泵扬程和效率提高.

Abstract:Labyrinth-screw pump performances including pump flow rate, lift and power have been experimentally investigated by using screws and grooves with different triangular-shaped thread. The influence of triangular shaped thread lead, toothed angle and screw-to-groove clearance on pump characteristics are compared and studied. On the basis of labyrinth screw pumping mechanism and similitude principle, a set of simple relations are deduced for converting pump flow rate, lift and efficiency while the clearance changing. The computing results are in good agreement with experimental data. The experimental results also show that ,with the thread lead decrease, the pump flow rate decrease whereas its turn off head increase. Consequently, the pump performanee curves fall sharply. The smaller the screw-to-groove clearance is, the greater the pump pressure and efficiency are.
