低频超声治疗急性软组织损伤的实验研究

摘    要:目的 研究两种低频超声治疗大鼠急性软组织损伤后的变化及修复过程.方法 建立急性软组织损伤的大鼠模型,随机分为4组(自然愈合组、假治疗组、0.5 W/cm.治疗组和1 W/cm2治疗组),采用连续超声波治疗,并进行大体和病理观察.结果 治疗第2,4,6天局部软组织损伤的修复,两个治疗组明显好于自然愈合组和假治疗组(P<0.05),自然愈合组与假治疗组无明显差异,2个治疗组间也无明显差异.结论 低频超声能加快急性软组织损伤后的修复.

Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of low frequency ultrasound on repair of acute soft tissue injury.Methods Seventy-two rats with acute soft tissue injury were randomly divided into 4 groups(control group,two treated groups and sham-exposure group).The two treated groups were treated with the Sonitron 2000(22 kHz,0.5 W/cm2 or 1 W/cm2).Thereafter,the tissue was observed using macrography and microscopy.Results Pathological examinations revealed that the treated groups showed the best repair 2 d,4 d,6 d after treatment(P<0.05).But no significant difference was observed between the two treated groups.Conclusion Low frequency ultrasound can promote repair of acute soft tissue injury.
