黄柏果中挥发性成份的研究

报道了用同时蒸馏萃取装置 (SDE)提取黄柏树果实 -黄柏果中挥发性物质 ,测得黄柏果中挥发油的含量为 2 4 3 % ,用GC MS法从黄柏果挥发油中分离并确认出 2 3种化学成份 ,用峰面积归一化法通过G1 70 1BA化学工作站数据处理系统得出各化学成份在挥发油中的百分含量 ,其中主要成份为月桂烯( 3 6 3 2 % )、β-香茅醇 ( 2 5 3 0 % )、α -蒎烯 ( 1 4 0 5% )、蒈烯 ( 1 96% )、2 -甲基 -6-亚甲基 -1 ,7-辛 =烯 -3 -醇 ( 1 85% )、α -檀香萜烯 ( 1 72 % )、乙酸牦牛儿酯 ( 1 57% )、三环烯 ( 1 56% )、α -杜松醇 ( 1 4 3 % )、白昌烯 ( 1 2 1 % )。加入其他成份 ,共占总检出量的 95 71 %。

Study on Volatile Components of the Fruit from Phellodendron Amurense Rupr.

The volatile oil of the fruit from phellodendron Amurense Rupr.is obtained by simultaneous distillation and extraction equipment. The volatile oil is analyzed by GC/MS and about 23 compounds were founded. The constituents have been identified,the major ones being myrcene(36.32%),β-citronellol(25.30%),α-pinenc(14.05%),4-carene(1.96%),2-methyl-6-methylene-1,7-octadien-3-ol(1.85%),α-santalene(1.72%),Geranylacetate(1.57%),tricyclene(1.56%),α-cadinol(1.43%)and calarene(1.21%).
