摘    要:主要针对传统的晶闸管(SCR)逆变和现今普遍应用的SPWM逆变进行分析研究,给出它们的基本原理,并根据这些原理,利用MATLAB/Simulink搭建电路模型进行仿真验证,最后根据仿真结果,重点分析这两种逆变方式的优缺点。

Abstract:This article mainly aims at the traditional thyristor (SCR) inverter and now widely application of SPWM in- verter is studied and analyzed, and they are the basic principle, and according to these principles, the use of MATLAB/ Simulink build circuit model simulation verification, according to the simulation results, this paper focuses on the analysis of these two kinds of inverter and the advantages and disadvantages of the way.
