Q33微流控芯片制作中的激光技术

摘    要:利用激光制作微流控芯片的报道近年不断增加。激光制作微流控芯片具有灵活、快速、高效、可控的特点,对激光制作方法的研究具有广阔的发展前景。 本文系统的对微流控芯片制作中的激光类型及应用特点、各种可被激光加工的芯片材料、制作模式及其特点,以及芯征制作的激光工艺参数对芯片质量的影响作出综述:从激光与材料作用的机理出发.针对微流控芯片制作中存在的向题进行了探讨。

Abstract:More research papers lecused on laser technology based fabrication of microfluidic chip systems have been pressed in some high quality jonmals recont years. The laser based fabrication method has features of flexible, rapid, easily controllable and high efficient, and was regarded as the most potentializod fabrication method to improve the development of microfluidic systems. This paper systematically reviewed this kind of papers, summarized laser types and their aplied features, fabrication materials, fabrication models and factors influenced the fabrication process. At last, we analyzed the existent problems and possible res utions based on the mechanisms of interactions between laser and materials.
