摘    要:目的研究狭叶荨麻Urticaangustifolia根、茎、叶70%乙醇提取物及狭叶荨麻根水提取物的抗炎、镇痛作用。方法二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀实验;冰醋酸致小鼠扭体反应实验。结果狭叶荨麻根、茎、叶70%乙醇提取物及狭叶荨麻根水提取物能明显对抗二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀,并显著抑制0.5%醋酸致小鼠扭体反应。结论狭叶荨麻根、茎、叶70%乙醇提取物及狭叶荨麻根水提取物具有显著的抗炎、镇痛活性。

Abstract:Objective To study the anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects of 70% ethanol extract from roots, stems and leaves, and water extract from root of Urtica angusti folia. Methods Xylene-in-duced ear edema and acetic acid-induced writhing in mice were established as the experimental models to test the anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects. Results All test samples of Urtica angustifolia significantly inhibited dimethylbenzene-induced ear edema and acetic acid-induced writhing in mice. Conclusion Both ethanol extract from the roots, stems and leaves and water extract from root of Urtica angustifolia possess a significant anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects.
