| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨婴幼儿肠套叠空气灌肠失败的影响因素。方法:将1995年1月～2002年3月空气灌肠复位成功与失败病例的临床病理类型及X线表现作回顾性分析。结果:X线荧屏下行空气灌肠整复婴幼儿肠套叠281例,成功255例,失败26例,其中死亡1例,25例经手术复位。病程、年龄、肠套叠类型、透视下见套入头呈大团块影、“弹簧”样表现两组比较有显著性差异。结论:整复失败与临床病理类型及X线表现有关。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the failures in air enema for intussusception reposition.Method:Clinical data of281patients with air enema during January1995to March2002in our hospital were analyzed retrospectively.Results:Of 281cases,255cases were successful and26cases failure including one death case by air enema under screening.The manifestations in duration,age,intussusception type and x-ray presentation(mass and spring-like sign)were significantly differences between two groups.Conclusion:The failure of reposition by air enema is related to clinic pathological type and x -ray presentation of intussusception. |
