| Abstract: | The striking influence of Fukushima nuclear accident goes on after its anniversary.Experts and scholars have been discussing and investigating the accident from various aspects like management,technology, culture and emergency preparedness.Nuclear regulatory agencies in the world are exploring extensions of the defense-in-depth concept through comprehensive nuclear safety inspections and/or relevant " stress tests".Looking into frameworks of government,legislation and supervision in consideration of Fukushima nuclear accident expects significant and durable impacts on raising nuclear safety level in riskful times. |
