摘    要:本文介绍了用ICP-OES法测定铝合金中稀土元素Y、La、Pr、Sm、Ce、Gd和Nd的方法。本文从样品的溶解,分析谱线的选择,基体及共存元素的影响,仪器测量条件的选择等几个方面进行了试验。进行了加入回收试验,精密度和准确度结果表明,本方法快速、准确,可以满足铝合金中的稀土元素的测定要求。RSD<4%,回收率98%~104%。

Abstract:A method of determination of Y, La, Pr, Sin, Ce, Gd and Nd rare-earth elements in Al based alloy by ICP-OES was proposed. The experiment of selection of analysis lines, the effect of matrix and coexist elements on the determination , instrument parameters of the analysis results were carried out. The recovery rate of this method was found in the ranges 98% to 104%, the RSD were less than 4%. The method is simple, rapid and ac- curate.
