农村城市化工业化进程中住院患者病种分析

目的研究农村城市化工业化过程中县级医院住院病种的变化规律.方法回顾性总结深圳市龙岗中心医院1998-2002年间的病案资料.结果前5类疾病为损伤中毒29.2%、妊娠分娩和产褥期并发症23.3%、呼吸系统疾病10.6%、消化系统疾病10.1%和循环系统疾病5.0%,合计占78.2%.前5种疾病为骨折、开放性创伤和血管损伤、肺炎、颅内和体内损伤及正常分娩,占33.9%.4年病人增加83.3%.结论在城市化工业化进程的早期和中期,县医院的病种更加集中,疾病构成比更加远离城市医院,其中损伤中毒、妊娠分娩产褥期并发症和起源于围产期的若干情况的人数明显增多,其它病种人数均减少.在此期间,医院治疗的重点是损伤、妊产病、呼吸和消化系统疾病.

Analysis of Disease Type for Inpatient in the Process of Urbanizing Countryside and Industrialization

Objective To analyze the variety regular patterns of the hospitalization choronosology in county hospital in the process of urbanizing countryside and industrialization. The medical record of the Longgang Ceneral Hospital from 1998 to 2002 was summarized retrospectively.Results The first five kinds of the medical type in patient quantity were the injury and poisoning accounting for 29.2%, the complications of pregnancy, childbirth and puerperium (CPCP) accounting for 23.3%, the diseases of respiratory system accounting for 10.6%, the diseases of digestive system accounting for 10.1%, t he diseases of circulatory system accounting for 5.0%, all of them account for 78.2%. The first five kinds of diseases in patient quantity were the fracture, the open wounds and injury to blood vessel, the pneumonia, the intra-cranial and internal injuries, normal delivery, all of them account for 33.9%. The number o f patients had incrased by 83.3% during the past four years. Conclusion In the early and middle stage of the processes of urb anizing countryside and industrialization, the disease type in county hospital had concentrated and the complications of diseases in county hospital had bee n far more from city hospital, among them the number of patients in injury and poisoning, the complications of pregnancy, childbirth and puerperium, certain conditions originating in the perinatal period had increased greatly, and the number of the others had decreas ed. Among the period, the main treatments in hospital were the injury, the comp lications of pregnancy, childbirth and puerperium and diseases of respiratory and digestive systems.
