DSD酸的市场展望

2001年世界DSD酸的生产能力为5万余吨,总产量约3.7万t,消费量3.6万t,主要生产企业集中在中国、德国、瑞士、印度和英国,世界产能最大的厂家是河北华煜化工股份有限公司。2001年我国DSD酸的总生产能力达到2.3万t,实际产量1.5万t,消费7000t,出口8000t。我国DSD酸的消费按直接应用领域划分,85％左右用于合成二苯乙烯型荧光增白剂,15％左右用于合成芪系直接染料、活性染料;按间接应用领域划分,DSD酸在造纸业的消费量为4800t/a,占68.6％,洗涤剂业为700t/a,占10％,纺织印染业1500t/a,占21.4％。DSD酸是生产环保型染料的重要中间体,相关产业链的发展将拉动市场对DSD酸的需求,价格优势也将使我国的DSD酸有较强的国际市场竞争力。

Prospect of DSD Acid Market

In 2001, the total production capacity of DSD acid was more than 50000 tons in the world, with output of 37000 tons and consumption of 36000 tons. The major producers are mainly located in China, German, Switzerland, India and the U. K. Hebei Huayu Chemical Co. , Ltd. is the producer with largest capacity in the world. In 2001 the domestic DSD acid capacity reached 23000 tons, the actual output was 15000 tons, consumption was 7000 tons and export was 8000 tons. The consumption breakdown of DSD acid based on direct application sector is as follows; about 85% for synthesis of stilbene based fluorescent whitener, about 15% for synthesis of direct dyes and reactive dyes, the consumption breakdown based on end users: 68. 6% (4800t/a ) for paper-making, 10% (700t/a ) for detergent, 21. 4% (1500t/a ) for textile , dyeing and printing. DSD acid is an important intermediate for producing environmental friendly dyes, the development of related industries will push on the demand in DSD acid, and superiority of cheaper price will make domestic DSD acid with strong market competitive power in world market.
