| 摘 要： | 哈萨克斯坦东南部的斋桑盆地、阿拉科尔盆地、伊犁盆地和巴尔喀什盆地均属于东哈萨克斯坦盆地体系,且均与新疆毗邻,油气勘探程度很低,其中斋桑盆地和伊犁盆地沉积主体位于哈萨克斯坦境内。通过石油地质条件的分析、研究和对比,认为这些盆地与准噶尔盆地具有相似性,特别是斋桑盆地在石炭系见油气显示,在二叠系、三叠系见工业油气流,阿拉科尔盆地勘探潜力较大,伊犁盆地具有良好的含油气远景。这些认识对于跨国油气勘探开发战略的制定以及新疆北部上古生界油气勘探都具有十分重要的意义。同时,较系统地研究了哈萨克斯坦油气投资环境、政策、法律法规等,提出新疆油田的地缘优势及雄厚的技术力量应成为中国石油中亚油气战略的重要支撑。
