| 摘 要： | 以ＢＡＣＯＰ、ＢＥＣＯＰ方案交替应用治疗难治性恶性淋巴瘤２１例。其中完全缓解４例（１９．０５％），部分缓解１２例（５７．１４％），总有效率为７６．１９％。毒副反应主要为消化道反应、脱发、骨髓抑制及发热，均属轻度或可逆性反应。故认为ＢＡＣＯＰ与ＢＥＣＯＰ方案交替应用是难治性及复发性恶性淋巴瘤较为理想的化疗方案。

| Abstract: | Twenty-one cases of refractory malignant lymphoma were treated with BACOP,BECOP regimen combination chemotherapy alternately.Among the 21 patients,4 patients had complete reponse(19.05%) and 12 partial reponse(57.14%).The total reponse rate was 76.19%.The major toxic side effects were gastrointestinal tract reaction, alopecia,myelosuppession and fever,but most of them were mild and reversible.It is concluded that BACOP,BECOP regimen chemotherapy alternately is a useful method for refractory malignant lymphoma. |
