摘 要: | 采用连续法合成1,4 二氧六环。以二甘醇为原料,温度240℃,催化剂初始浓度:硅钼酸3%,或硫酸铁3%,或硅钨酸银2%;连续补加浓度:硅钼酸1%,硫酸铁1%,硅钨酸银05%;以乙二醇为原料,温度190℃,催化剂初始浓度:硅钼酸4%,或硫酸铁35%,或硅钨酸银2%;补加浓度:硅钼酸15%,硫酸铁15%,硅钨酸银1%;控制塔顶温度为95~105℃,反应速度快,产率较高。

CONTINUOUS CATALYSIZING SYNTHESIS OF 1,4 DIOXANE WITH DIETHYLENE GLYCOL OR GLYCOL |

Abstract: | The continuous catalysizing synthesis of 1,4 dioxane has been studied. The experiment results show that the reacting speed is quicker and the yield of 1,4 dioxane is higher under the following conditions. When diethylene glycol is used as raw material, the reacting condition is that the temperature is 240℃, the initial concentration of catalyst is 3% 12 molybdosilicic acid (3% ferric sulfate or 2% silver 12 tungstosilicate), the coutinuous added concentration of catalyst is 1% 12 molybdosilicic acid (1% ferric sulfate or 0.5% silver 12 tungstosilicate). When glycol is used as raw material, the reacting condition is that the temperature is 190℃, the initial concentration of catalyst is 4% 12 molybdosilicic acid (3.5% ferric sulfate or 2% silver 12 tungstosilicate), the continuous added concentration of catalyst is 1.5% 12 molybdosilicic acid (1.5% ferric sulfate or 1% silver 12 tungstosilicate). The temperature of the top of the controlling tower is 95~105℃. |
