| 摘 要： | 电子政务是政府部门办公事务的网络化和数字化,并以其丰富的信息资源、高效的行政管理模式越来越受到人们的普遍关注。在分析构建电子政务系统特点的基础上阐述了基于Web的电子政务系统的设计目标及采用的技术路线,指出此系统可以增加政府部门办事的透明度,提高办事效率。

| Abstract: | E-government,which refers to the networking and digitalization of the public affairs of governmental departments,has aroused general concern because of its abundant information resources and high-effective administrative mode.This paper introduces the design targets and adopted technical routes of Web-based E-government system on the basis of analyzing the features of the construction of E-government system,and points out that this system can increase the transparence and improve the working efficiency of governmental departments at all levels. |
