摘    要:成型材料是粒状熔融材料三维打印工艺的关键环节,直接影响原型件的成型速度、成型精度及应用。通过对粒状聚乙烯和改性粒状聚乙烯材料进行成型试验研究,为粒状熔融材料三维打印工艺成型材料和工艺参数的选择和优化提供了依据。

Abstract:Molding materials were key links of three dimensional printing technology with fused pellet material which directly affected the forming quality and precision of prototype and its application.Forming experiments on materials of polyethylene pellet and modified polyethylene pellet were made to provide references for selecting and optimizing molding materials and process parameters for three dimensional printing technology with fused pellet material.
