微型轴流式血泵叶轮流场CFD计算分析

摘    要:通过对人工血泵中血液的流体动力分析,计算血液流场的结构和流动性能,可以较好地了解设计血泵的血液流动和流场对血液造成的损伤。本文通过对一种微型轴流式血泵叶轮流场采用CFD方法进行了计算和分析,结论:计算了该叶轮在满足正常人体供血时的工作转速和驱动功率,为磁耦合驱动的设计提供了理论数据;血液经过螺旋叶片,速度分布梯度变小,有利于血液的均匀流动,减少了对血液的破坏,叶轮流场结构基本合理。但是,叶轮边缘间隙处存在局部高剪切区,由于局部压差的存在,流场在出口处出现局部回流。

Abstract:The fluid dynamic analysis of blood in an artificial blood pump and the calculation of the structure and flow performance of the blade flow field help gain a better understanding of the blood flow of the blood pump to be designed and of the damage of flow field on blood.Using CFD,the paper calculated the blade flow field of a micro-axial flow blood pump,the rotational speed and driving power of the blade when it meets the needs of supplying blood for a normal human body,thus providing theoretical data for the design of magnetic coupled driving.When blood flows through rotating blades,its speed distribution gradients become smaller,allowing it to flow evenly and reducing its damage,indicating that the structure of the blade flow field is basically reasonable.However,there is a high local shear stress area at the blade edge clearance,and because of the difference in local blood pressure,local circumfluence occurs at the outlet of the blood pump′s flow field.
