| 摘 要： | 莲花水电站建设的混凝土面板堆石坝，是目前在我国在寒冷地区修建的第一座大型面板堆石坝。由于堆石料的开采与填筑等施工受气候的影响较大，因此施工方法和质量控制是最关键的环节。在该工程的施工过程中，通过建立、健全各项质量监察制度和组织机构，完善检查验收措施，及在冬季采取专项施工质量控制方案等办法，保证了施工全过程的质量控制，使该项工程施工达到了优质，高效。

| Abstract: | The concrete face rockfill dam of Lianhua Hydropower Station is the first large scale face rockfill dam in the cold region in China at present Because the rock quarrying and filling are greatly influenced by the climate, the construction method and quality control are the most key link in the construction of rockfill dam During the construction period of Lianhua dam, the quality control in the whole construction process has been guaranteed to achieve the high quality and effectiveness of the project due to the adoption of the establishment and improvement of various quality supervision systems and organizations, the perfection of the check and accept measures, and the special quality control schemes in winter seasons |
