康复新口服液联合“三联疗法”治疗消化性溃疡80例临床研究

目的观察康复新口服液联合“三联疗法”治疗幽门螺杆菌（HP）相关的消化性溃疡（PU）的临床疗效。方法将经胃镜检查确诊的160例幽门螺杆菌（HP）感染相关的消化性溃疡（Pu），随机分两组。对照组：80例，泮托拉唑40mg＋阿莫西林1．0＋呋喃唑酮100mg，2次／d，三联治疗7d后，继续单用泮托拉唑40mg，1次／d，连服5周；治疗组80例，是在对照组基础上加服康复新液10mL，5次／d，共4周。于治疗前后进行临床症状严重程度评分，胃镜下溃疡愈合情况，HP根除情况及治疗后半年溃疡复发情况评估。结果两组治疗对比显示，治疗后都能明显缓解临床症状，而治疗组比对照组临床症状改善更为迅速，1个月后胃镜复查，溃疡愈合率，总有效率，HP根除率，治疗组分别为87．5％、97．5％、93．8％，对照组分别为50．0％、92．5％、87．5％，治疗组痊愈率优于对照组（P〈0．01），总有效率及HP根除率无明显差异（P〉0．05），治疗后1年溃疡复发率，治疗组20．0％，对照组41．3％，两组有显著差异（P〈0．01）。结论康复新液能迅速改善消化性溃疡的临床症状，促进溃疡愈合，缩短愈合疗程，减少和预防溃疡复发，康复新液联合泮托拉唑三联疗法治疗HP相关的消化性溃疡疗效可靠，值得推广应用。

Clinical Research of the Effect of Kangfuxin Liquid Combined with Triple Therapy in Treating 80 Cases with Peptic Ulcer

Objective To explore the clinical curative effect of Kangfuxin Liquid combined with the triple therapy of pantoprazole, amoxyicillin and furazolidone in treating HP - associated peptic ulcer. Methods 160 cases with HP - associated peptic ulcer confirmed by gastroscopic examination were randomly divided into 2 groups ： treatment group （ n = 80 ） and control group （ n = 80 ） ;triple therapy of 40 mg of pantoprazole, 1.0 g of amoxyicillin and 100 mg of furazolidone was given to control group ,twice a day for 7 days, and only 40 mg, once a day for 5 week;for treatment group, besides the same treatment of control group, 10 ml of Kangfuxin Liquid were added ,5 times a day for 4 weeks ;the scoring of the clinical symptom severity ,the ulcer healing and HP e- radication observed under gastroscope and the recurrence half a year after treatment were made in both group before and after treatment. Results The contrast between the 2 groups showed that the clinical symptoms of both groups relieved obviously while symptom improvement in treatment group was quicker than that in control; gastroscopie reexamination was made 1 month after treatment which indicated that the ulcer healing rate, the total effective rate and HP eradication rate in treatment group were 87. 5% ,97.5% and 93.8% respectively while those in control group were 50. 0% ,92. 5% and 87.5% respectively,the cure rate of treatment group was superior to that of control group （P 〈0. 01 ） ,there was no obvious difference in total effective rate and HP eradication rate between the 2 groups （P 〈 0. 05 ） ;1 year after treatment, ulcer reoccurrence rate was 20.0% in treatment group and 41.3% in control group ,the difference between the 2 groups was obvious （P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusions Kangfuxin Liquid can rapidly improve the eliuical symptoms of peptic ulcer, promote the healing of ulcer, shorten the course, decrease and prevent the reoccurrence of ulcer; Kangfuxin Liquid combined with the triple therapy is reliable and effective in treating HP - associated peptic ulcer and it is worthy of wide application.
