摘    要:选用压铸铝硅合金、铁基粉末冶金、灰口铸铁进行摩擦对比试验。结果表明,在给定的滑动摩擦条件下压铸铝硅合金的耐磨性最高,加工硬化能力最强;铁基粉末冶金仅次于压铸铝硅合金;灰口铸铁的耐磨必琢加工硬化能力最差。

Abstract:Die cast Al Si, ferrous P/M product and gray cast iron are selected to perform wear resistance test. The results show that under the given sliding friction conditions, Al Si alloy has the best wear resistance and strongest work hardening ability while ferrous P/M product behaviors slightly worse than Al Si alloy. Gray cast iron has the worst wear resistance.
