柴油活化橡胶粉制备橡胶沥青路用性能研究

摘    要:为提高橡胶粉对沥青的改性效果,减少橡胶粉对原状沥青组分的影响,采用助剂柴油活化处理橡胶粉,研究了柴油活化橡胶沥青的路用性能,并与普通橡胶沥青的相关性能进行对比。确定了橡胶粉与柴油的质量比为2∶1,基质沥青为黑龙江大庆AH-#90。结果表明:胶粉粒径、胶粉掺量对活化橡胶沥青性能的影响规律与普通橡胶沥青一样,柴油活化橡胶沥青的高温性能和弹性恢复性能不如普通橡胶沥青,低温性能和施工性能好于普通橡胶沥青。

Study on Pavement Performance of Rubber Asphalt Prepared with Diesel Activated Rubber Powder

Abstract:In order to improve modification effect of rubber powder on asphalt and reduce its influence on original asphalt component,diesel is used as addition agent to activate rubber powder and then the pavement performance of diesel activated rubber asphalt is studied and compared to that of ordinary rubber asphalt.Then the mass ratio of rubber powder to diesel is confirmed to be 2∶1 and the base asphalt is Daqing AH-#90.The result shows that the law on how the diameter and content of the powder affecting the performance of activated rubber asphalt is the same as that on ordinary rubber asphalt;both the high temperature behavior and elastic recovery performance of diesel activated rubber asphalt is inferior to those of ordinary one but both the low temperature behavior and construction performance is superior.
