复吹转炉提钒最佳工艺条件的冷态模拟

摘    要:根据相似原理,以攀钢120t转炉为原型,应用冷态模拟的方法对复吹转炉提钒的最佳工艺条件进行了研究。用L25(5^6) 和L8(2^7)正交表安排试验,通过考察各因素对混合时间τm(S)等指标影响的显著程度,得出了复吹转炉提钒的最佳工艺条件为:Q't=17.43Nm^3/h,Q'B=0.602Nm^3/h,H'B=188mm,W'=128.8mm,h't=180(或160)mm。

Abstract:Using Pan-steel 120t converter as the prototype,the optimum technological conditions for combined-blowing devanadinm was studied by means of hydrodynamic modeling with similarity theory.Orthogonal list L25(56) and L8 (27) were used in the test.Having investigated the influence of main factors on mix uniform time(τm),the optimum thechnological conditions for combined-blowing devanadinm was as follows:Q′t=17.43Nm3/h,Q′B=0.602Nm3/h,H′B=188mm,W′=128.8mm,h′t=180(or 160)mm.
