摘    要:给出了渡槽结构温度场分析和温度应力分析的基本理论,分析了大型渡槽结构在加保温板时的温度场和温度应力,模拟了冬季寒潮、夏季热浪等对于渡槽温度应力的影响,得到了4种不同厚度的聚苯乙烯保温板(0,2,3,5cm)对于渡槽结构的保温效果。结果表明,保温板可以有效地降低渡槽结构的温度应力。保温板越厚,保温效果越好。但是考虑到聚苯乙烯保温板的材料成本,选择2cm厚的保温板已经足够好了。本文结论可为大型渡槽结构的温控措施提供参考。

Thermal stress analysis of large aqueduct structure with insulation board
Abstract:The fundamental theories of temperature field analysis and thermal stress analysis are given for the aqueduct structure. Temperature field and thermal stress were analyzed for large aqueduct structure with insulation board. The influence of the winter cold and summer heat etc were simulated on aqueduct temperature stress. And the preservation effect of four kind of different thickness of the polystyrene insulation board (0,2,3,5cm) were obtained. The results show that thermal insulation plate can effectively reduce the aqueduct thermal stress, and the thicker the insulation board, the better the results of preservation. But considering the material cost of polystyrene insulation board, it is better to choose the board of 2cm thick. The conclusion can be used to provide reference to temperature control measures for large aqueduct.
