摘    要:大多数光电自准直仪在非恒光程的精密测量中,光电接收器件所接收到的光斑形状随接收位置的变化而变化,导致信号接收误差,设计了一种新型的光路系统,以保持激光束光路的光程恒定,使接收光斑形状的稳定.采用这种系统实现二维小角度的测量,可实现对阿贝误差的实时动态补偿.

Abstract:The majority of photoelectric autocollimators are adopting the light system of unsteady light-distance.But in the precision measurement based on unsteady light-distance,as a result of the influence caused by the laser divergence angle,the shape of the light spot received by the optoelectronic device will change along with the receiving position,which has directly caused the signal receipt-error.A novel optical path system is designed in this paper,which can keep the light-distance invariant and guarantee the received spot shape stability.This method can probe two-dimensional micro-angle and carry on the real-time dynamic compensation for the Abbe Error.
